Ed Miliband: Paris meeting 'a chance to recognise achievement of Libyan rebels' - Telegraph
Mr Miliband said it was, "An important moment to recognise the National Transitional Council and their role in taking Libya forward."
- "What we need is order restored on the streets of Libya but we also need to provide assistance to the National Transitional Council," he added.
- Britain is among a number of countries unfreezing financial assets -- frozen under Gaddafi's regime -- to ease the country's cash flow problems.
- Following recent air strikes on Gaddafi's military bases by RAF aircraft, Ed Miliband paid tribute to British forces who helped rebel forces.
- "Lets also remember the role that British services personnel played in enforcing the no-fly-zone and protecting civilians."
