Hugh Hefner’s former girlfriend, Karissa Shannon of the Shannon twins, admits she made a sex tape with former “Hills” star Heidi Montag but says Spencer was not present.

“There is a sex tape of me and Heidi,” Shannon admits.  But says Spencer was not involved saying,  “It’s just me and Heidi, that’s it.”
