Earthquakes can happen just about anywhere at any time. The recent catastrophic quakes of Japan, Chile, and Mexico have us all thinking, "when will we be hit by the next big one?" Dr. Thomas Heatondirects the Earthquake Engineering Research Laboratory at CalTech, where studies about earthquake warning systems are ongoing. I spoke with him to get a clearer picture of what early warning systems are and how they can save lives. According to Dr. Heaton, the next major earthquake in this country is just around the corner, and California is struggling to put an early warning system in place. Will you be prepared when the next "big one" strikes?
For a third night in a row, police are receiving calls from residents who are reporting the mysterious booming and shaking in Clintonville, but the source remains a mystery for residents and experts alike.
There have been fewer reports Tuesday night and Wednesday morning, but a boom at 5:00 a.m. triggered more than two dozen calls to police. Some of the callers told dispatchers they had felt smaller vibrations overnight but hadn't reported them. Other booms were reported at 8:00 p.m., 9:30 p.m., and 3:00 a.m.
"This morning I got up at 5 o'clock and there was a big boom, and the window on my door shook. Then I heard it between 5 and 5:30 quite a few times," resident Joel Ratliffe said.
City officials say they received around 150 reports about the noises from underground shaking their houses Sunday night into Monday morning in the northeast corner of town. The next night, they received another 100 calls starting around 8 P.M.
For residents, it's a situation that's very unsettling.
I think the x37 might be "powered" or "propelled" using frequency manipulation.. they don't admit this, but (in my opinion) why wouldn't they use HAARP in conjunction with this craft.. or at least some form of ground based frequency manipulation, the chinese have admitted their "meridian (chinese haarp) can move objects in space... if theirs can.. so can ours!

A devastating earthquake strikes Japan. A massive tsunami kills thousands. Fears of a nuclear meltdown run rampant. Bloodshed and violence escalate in Libya. And U.S. companies selling doomsday bunkers are seeing sales skyrocket anywhere from 20% to 1,000%.
Northwest Shelter Systems, which offers shelters ranging in price from $200,000 to $20 million, has seen sales surge 70% since the uprisings in the Middle East, with the Japanese earthquake only spurring further interest. In hard numbers, that's 12 shelters already booked when the company normally sells four shelters per year.
"Sales have gone through the roof, to the point where we are having trouble keeping up," said Northwest Shelter Systems owner Kevin Thompson.
UndergroundBombShelter.com, which sells portable shelters, bomb shelters and underground bunkers, has seen inquiries soar 400% since the Japanese earthquake. So far sales of its $9,500 nuclear biological chemical shelter tents are at an all-time high -- with four sold in California last week, compared to about one a month normally.
Hardened Structures said inquiries have shot up about 20% since the earthquake -- particularly for its apocalyptic 2012 shelters, radiation-protection tents, and nuclear, biological and chemical (NBC) air filters.

The station's Web site added that the U.S. government's HAARP program, an atmospheric research facility in Alaska (and frequent subject of conspiracy theories), was also to blame for a Jan. 9 quake in Eureka, Calif., and may have been behind the 7.8-magnitude quake in China that killed nearly 90,000 people in 2008.
